Are you a licensee, approved manager or club secretary in NSW and need mandatory Licensee Training?
As our course is delivered face-to-face, you can get it done in a day.
Our licensee training covers all this:
This extends to pubs, clubs, hotels, bottle shops, restaurants and cafes.
Note: NSW liquor licensee training is delivered in English and the assessment must be completed by the participant in English.
Please visit Liquor and Gaming NSW to confirm which training your license requires. Click here
Before you complete this training, you will need to hold a valid NSW competency card or interim certificate issued by a Liquor & Gaming NSW for Licensee training, and Responsible service of Alcohol (RSA).
If your current competency card also includes RCG you will need to either undertake the Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) refresher training prior to doing the Licensee Training or complete a RCG Declaration Form to remove RCG endorsement from your competency card.
Please visit Liquor and Gaming NSW to confirm which training your licence requires. Click here
An interim certificate will be issued to students to acknowledge successful completion.
Students will then need to visit Service NSW with their Interim Cerificate and Identification to update their Competency Card.
A new Competency Card will be mailed to the applied address and is valid for five years.
Successful completion of this course automatically updates student’s NSW RSA for a further five years
